Unmasking the False Self - A Path to Inner Abundance
Kim.E discusses the concept of true self, free from lack and negative traits influenced by external expectations and traumas. She emphasises the importance of becoming aware of subconscious programming and emotionally detaching from external factors. The key to transformation lies in understanding that negative emotions stem from false beliefs about personal deficiencies. By accepting others without trying to change them, we can discharge negative energy and step into our true, abundant selves. The process involves hard work but leads to attracting more positivity, love and abundance.
Breaking Free from Expectations - Embracing Our True Nature
True nature on a soul level has no lack. The negative character traits and incongruent belief systems we unknowingly latched onto throughout our lifetimes don't define who we truly are. Our lack of worthiness and low self-esteem were created when we couldn't meet the expectations placed upon us by our social and emotional environment, and were also enhanced when our expectations, our hopes, and our wishes couldn't be met by those around us.
Awareness of our subconscious programming is such a huge step, but the job isn't done until we are able to emotionally detach from external factors and people. This is only possible when we are able to see the whole picture, in other words, both sides of the coin.
When we have learnt the lesson embedded in our personal traumas, we gain a much broader perspective when we finally understand that the negative emotions we feel represent what we falsely believe to be lacking in ourselves. Our sense of lack and deficiency have nothing to do with the other person.
The purpose of their presence in our life is to trigger our emotional attachment to such traumas so that they can be worked on. We are the sole creators of our own reality, and not them. When we are able to love or accept the other person for who they are without an urge to change them, then we no longer have expectations of them, and the negative energy is finally discharged from our interactions. We acknowledge who we are and who we are not, and step into our Is-Ness, that which exists innately and flows in abundance and knows no lack.
Then we own the responsibility of bringing in negative energy, which we emanate through our own expectations, our wants, our wishes, and our desires of a person or a situation. Even though we are all connected, we begin to see people as individual, separate beings, who are allowed to be as they wish, expectations and all. We choose to no longer resonate with their negativity and start attracting more positivity, more love, and more abundance into our lives. Sounds amazing, but it is bloody hard work!
